The command is

root@gw:/home/tyv # ipfw nat 1 config ip XXX.XXX.XXX.xx reset  
unreg_only same_ports
ipfw nat 1 config ip 195.138.73.206 same_ports unreg_only reset
root@gw:/home/tyv #
