I'm not sure what the 'make clean' would have done.  Did you mean 'make cleanworld'?
If so, you will need to do a 'make buildworld' again before trying to do
'make installworld'.  The error message implies that there is no 'make buildworld'
output in /usr/obj (as if you had run 'make cleanworld' up above where you list
'make clean')
