Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org> has asked freebsd-chromium (Nobody) <chromium@FreeBSD.org> for maintainer-feedback: Bug 290851: www/chromium: emoji picker not working https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=290851 --- Description --- I'm using https://github.com/GaZaTu/x11-emoji-picker to input emojis, but for some reason Chromium seems to refuse letting it input stuff. On Firefox it works just fine, and using Chromium on Gentoo also has it working normally. Since the tool relies on xdotool to input the emojis, I'm starting to think there's something in the FreeBSD build that's affecting how it behaves in X11. I can't point out what it is exactly, of course. I thought there would be a flag for setting the default Ozone platform, but I couldn't find that, at least not in chrome://flags. So what could it be?
