I have confirmed all the electron ports are affected. I have pulled in 
the upstream fix available at:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/f8f21fb4aa01f75acbb12abf5ea8c263c6817141

I will commit the changes shortly. Thanks for the heads up.
