[Bug 288391] Chromium stops working with tabs showing content from other tabs

I ran the browser and wrote its logs to a file so I could see if there is
anything interesting in the stdout/stderr log.  I'm not sure if this is
relevant but around when it broke for me most recently I saw this line:

[77996:82657361371152:0725/090257.020042:ERROR:chrome/browser/task_manager/providers/fallback_task_provider.cc:126]
Every renderer should have at least one task provided by a primary task
provider. If a "Renderer" fallback task is shown, it is a bug. If you have
repro steps, please file a new bug and tag it as a dependency of
crbug.com/739782

I am continuing to log and will report back if I get a similar error next time.
