I have an idea about that. However, I will explain it later :)

Some of the things I have found using the idea are:

env "XDG_DATA_HOME=/tmp" chrome --incognito &

This will make it impossible to download to ~/Downloads. Also, it can probably
be downloaded to /tmp, but I haven't tried that.
There are now more keywords to find the relevant code :)
