Intel Comet Lake KT PCI ID

There are two parts here. First, the attached patch adds support for vPRO/AMT
KT Serial-over-LAN for Comet Lake. My specific machine is an HP EliteDesk 800
G6 mini PC.

With the attached patch, configuring ttyu0 in /etc/ttys brings up getty in
amtterm and it works well.

However, I have been utterly unable to get loader.efi or the kernel to use this
device as a console. I have tried almost every conceivable permutation of the
following loader.conf settings, informed by some cursory reading of the
loader.efi sources:

console="efi,comconsole"
comconsole_speed="115200"
comconsole_port="0x3088"
efi_com_speed="115200"
comconsole_pcidev="0:22:3"
hw.uart.console="io:0x3088,br:115200"
boot_multicons="YES"
boot_serial="YES"
hint.uart.0.flags="0x90"
hint.uart.0.port="0x3088"

I have additionally tried setting the UEFI ConOut variable to include both the
serial device and the video console, but it keeps getting reset on every boot
and is thus a no-op.
