system is an AMD Ryzen APU with a Vega 10 GPU
amgpu and drm-kmod installed and loaded


tried recommended /boot/loader.conf tweak of 

kern.ipc.shmseg = 1024
kern.ipc.shmmsi = 1024
kern.ipc.shm_allowed_remove=1

to no avail


observation is that this bug 'fades' waiting to restart the browser shows a few
seconds of delay for the bug to appear
