I have the same issues on 21AK000GUK (ThinkPad P14s Gen 3) and FreeBSD
15.1-RELEASE-p2. After upgrading FreeBSD from 14, resume doesn't work randomly
from S3. Sometimes it works, but sometimes the image appears on the screen, and
the mouse pointer/keyboard are completely unresponsive, and laptop power LED
keeps cycling as if it was still asleep. There were no issues with FreeBSD 14.
I have attached my dmesg.
