The ptnetmap concept was introduced as part of a 2016 GSoC project; however, it
seems vtnet ended up being the preferred path, and ptnetmap never got
upstreamed into bhyve/qemu.  Therefore, I suspect the ptnet device is obsolete
and should be removed.
