Good point about ŗ.

Frankly I didn't even consider it. It all my 40 years of life I've never
written that one letter (it was discarded from alphabet at some time in distant
past).

I also don't recall ever seeing it on paper (I'm native Latvian)

But for completeness I shall update patch if required (over weekend) to include
that character (I will double check)


Regarding "'" (aposthrope variant) - that requires new layout to be written as
it is incompatible with AltGr variant
