A datagram transport bound to the wildcard address reports it as
xp_ltaddr, so since 9f48eea36607 addrmerge() gets 0.0.0.0 or :: as its
hint, matches no interface and returns the first usable one.  IPv6
GETADDR clients on any other interface get an unreachable address and
NFS mounts over IPv6 time out.

Fall back to the client supplied or caller address in that case, as before
9f48eea36607.
