Commit 891bda143f6b326bbaa4ca32b79d75cbd41232d2 introduced a dependency on a
function defined in sys/net/route/nhgrp_ctl.c that is not reflected in
sys/conf/files.

As a consequence the kernel build fails for non-GENERIC kernels if options
FIB_ALGO is defined but ROUTE_MPATH is not.
