WITH_CTF is set to 1 in /etc/make.conf, yes, not /etc/src.conf.
After commit 222210c6a82282de78aa863c550da21471630316, I get this make
buildworld:

/usr/obj/usr/src/amd64.amd64/lib/libgcc_s_asneeded/libgcc_s_asneeded.so.1
Building shared library libgcc_s_asneeded.so.1
Usage: ctfmerge [-fgstv] -l label | -L labelenv -o outfile file ...
       ctfmerge [-fgstv] -l label | -L labelenv -o outfile -d uniqfile
                [-g] [-D uniqlabel] file ...
       ctfmerge [-fgstv] -l label | -L labelenv -o outfile -w withfile file ...
       ctfmerge [-g] -c srcfile destfile

  Note: if -L labelenv is specified and labelenv is not set in
  the environment, a default value is used.
*** [libgcc_s_asneeded.so.1] Error code 2
make[4]: *** libgcc_s_asneeded.so.1 removed

make[4]: stopped making "all" in /usr/src/lib/libgcc_s_asneeded

Disabling WITH_CTF is a workaround, but shouldn't we allow for DTrace in base?
