[Bug 243225] mpr0: Out of chain frames leads to boot hang

It is very sad.

Today I rebuild 14-stable kernel just adding one option. After installing this
kernel production server not boot hanging in mpr. 

Also I don't able to disable loading mpr module from loader prompt:

disable-module mpr
set module_blacklist="mpr"
set mpr_load=NO

all of it can't prevent from loading mpr module which make production server
unusable.

The difference in previous and installed kernel is only "FREEBSD_COMPAT32"
option...
