I have not spent a lot of time on dma(8) yet.

I used to use nullmailer from ports, but would like to get rid of that
dependency so my friend does not have to maintain that port any more :-)

If sendmail_enable=YES is a bug when sendmail is dma(8), then we should act
accordingly, rather than hang during startup.
