I noticed that the patch in PR#292884 did not
set the current vnet before calling sorele().

This might have caused your most recent crash.

I have updated the patch in PR#292884 with
attachment #268761, which is fixed for this.

Maybe you could try using this patch instead of
the one you already tried from PR#29288?
