Does it reproduce regularly?

Here are a few debugging thoughts:
 - Report kernel config and loaded modules.
 - See if there's anything interesting in show msgbuf shortly before
   panic.
 - Enable ktr(4) and KTR_CALLOUT and examine and report ddb show ktr.
 - Use dtrace, for example maybe dump the stack and callout pointer upon
   callout_reset_sbt_on.
