[Bug 296211] System hangs on poweroff after disconnecting geli and usb randomly as of 15.1

I have discovered something else strange. So before If i had no external
keyboard connected it would shut down. But I connected up anyway as well I can
hold the power button for 10 seconds lol. But I also have had a link
aggregation setup to use my lan and fall back to my WiFi which did work. But
for some reason I commented out the following lines from my /etc/rc.conf as I
was playing with ipv6 on the lan and since commenting out those lines it shuts
down without issue with external keyboard connected. Very strange indeed.
