New patch with more diagnostic output

Ack.

I have attached a new patch which is more involved, and will print much more
diagnostic.  Otherwise, it won't change the behavior.  It's untested as I don't
have an AMD laptop, hopefully it will work on the first run but there's a
non-zero risk of panic.

Could you please test it, this time:
1. Report the output of all `debug.hwpstate_amdX` knobs, not only the first
one.
2. Trying also some values higher than 50 for EPP, and in particular 100.
