I can also confirm that cherry-picking d82698ac68c23d856716dc9f6524b9ef363d7eba
onto release/15.0.0-p1 yields a bootonly.iso that boots normally on my
MicroServer Gen10 Plus (V1).

Thanks for the follow-up and the pointer to bug #292206.  Also thanks to the
others who tested on their own hardware.
