Well, that's good news, but not great news.

Why?

Because acquiring an extra refcnt on the socket
should not be needed.  I think this just "paves over"
the real bug.

I'll post on freebsd-net@ to see if anyone have any
insight into what might be going on w.r.t. socket
refcnts.
