I went further on these parts and it looks like the entire CCP side of the BAR
is returning 0xffffffff except for TRNG_OUT and something undocumented at 0x28
that seemingly behaves like an RNG.

Even where we're trying to pull CMD_QUEUE_MASK_OFFSET and VERSION_REG it's
still returning 0xffffffff but that still allows the attach to work.
