What I would really like to know is how they perform a large range invalidation
where the starting address is in the middle of a 2MB-aligned region and the
ending address is likewise in the middle of a 2MB-aligned region, but the
difference between the starting and ending addresses is large, say tens of
megabytes.  That will actually tell you how to use the stride.
