In FreeBSD 15, the watchdog timeout type changed from a uint32_t to sbintime_t.

In the same commit, the name of the WDIOCPATPAT ioctl changed to WDIOC_PATPAT,
while the man page still says WDIOCPATPAT.

Perhaps a line like "#define WDIOCPATPAT WDIOC_PATPAT" is worthwhile in
sys/watchdog.h?
