Example of what is required to workaround the incomplete libzfs installation

The attached tarball contains a minimal demo of the workaround that's required
to build against libzfs on FreeBSD at the moment without depending on the
presence of the kernel sources. It would be a lot better to install the
required headers to build against libzfs rather than requiring applications to
ship their own copy of the missing CDDL licensed headers.
