Good to know it's been fixed upstream.

It's interesting that the behavior in my case was different, I didn't get a
kernel panic, nor did it block zfs/zpool operations on other pools. It did,
however, prevent rebooting entirely; when I issued a shutdown command the
entire box just hung after root and swap were unmounted. After 30 minutes of
waiting I gave up and power cycled it.
