0001-security-openvpn-cope-with-if_ovpn-4-float-support.patch

I have tested it, though not for very long. It seems to solve the problem;
however, I no longer see any "peer 2 (name) floated from ... to ..." messages.
To verify, I reinstalled back to openvpn-devel to check whether floating still
occurs, and indeed it does.

In any case, the patch solves the issue, and now OpenVPN 2.6.14 works stably
with the if_ovpn(4) DCO module. The tests are still ongoing on one of the
servers.

Many thanks to everyone involved for the help, especially Gert, Ralf, and
Kristof for their patches. I have merged them and prepared a patch against the
ports tree, which I am attaching here.
