so the two patches applied to a 2.6 source tree make DCO float notifications
work for me (14.3 + kernel side float patch).

@marek, if you feel bored...?  Having an independent rest report would be nice
(there's not really that many FreeBSD people in the OpenVPN project itself, so
getting them to test can take a while).
