Yes, I also now think that we should drop the NONBLOCK from libcasper - I will
instigate this further.

Another bug/issue is that I think that the libnv should handle NONBLOCKing
`fds`. As user doesn't have option to call nvlist_recv multiple time (to get
same buffer) I think this should be handled internally.
