a patch for printing extra information

I'm attaching a patch that prints extra information from start_all_aps() and
start_ap() as recommended by kib@.

To the bug reporter: In addition to trying a kernel built with this patch and
collecting its output, please attach the output of "acpidump -dt" and the
FreeBSD dmesg from a non-verbose boot.
