There is still one use in contrib/netbsd-tests/usr.bin/diff/t_diff.sh that
should be investigated, and some probably unused cases in crypto/openssh (that
should nonetheless be updated upstream).

I do not expect to be able to look at these in the near future though, so reset
assignee.
