Hi,

this is not really a freebsd-ports issue.

The "openstack" cli command in this case was run from my linux PC.

We have our own openstack cloud installation that I use.

I could probably provide a tenant (pro-bono, within reason) for the
FreeBSD-project if this was needed for better QA.

It would be good if the FreeBSD cloud-init images worked out-of-the-box like
the linux-images we provide.
