First observed whilst using /bin/tcsh, 
reproducible with /bin/sh

pkg install --quiet --yes kde plasma6-sddm-kcm sddm xorg

Printed lines include: 

/bin/sh: indexinfo: not found
pkg: POST-INSTALL script failed
