src.conf

I build FreeBSD from source by following stable/15 branch. I disable some
components via /etc/src.conf and I also use META_MODE. 
Issuing `make packages` in /usr/src results in failure due to etcupdate.8.gz
Full build log, src.conf and src-env.conf attached.
