Same issue with miiproxy.ko

# kldload miiproxy.ko
link_elf_obj: symbol mdio_readreg_desc undefined
linker_load_file: /boot/kernel/miiproxy.ko - unsupported file type
kldload: an error occurred while loading module miiproxy.ko. Please check
dmesg(8) for more details.
