https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=287146 --- Comment #2 from Martin Birgmeier <d8zNeCFG@aon.at> --- Something is still strange with em0 as part of bridge0. With high network load I get random disconnects from other hosts. The strange thing is that these other hosts are all directly reachable, and some would be dropped whereas others are not (I am using remote X clients extensively). For example, from the host with the bridge (mizar) the connection to gandalf works, from there the connection to hal works, but the direct connection between mizar and hal just got dropped. On hal, "ndp mizar" gets no result. This seems to resonate with what I wrote in https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/mountd-does-not-respond-via-ipv6-over-a-bridge.97913/ . There is one thing, this is not the standard em0, but intel-em-kmod-7.7.8.1402501 aka net/intel-em-kmod. (The reason for this is bug 235031, and despite what I wrote there, I later realized that there is still a significant performance penalty. I might try again with the native driver, but currently I have too many open issues to juggle - bug 286869 being one of them). -- Martin -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
