As Ed noted, this is probably the result of an incomplete compiler install.  If
you're still seeing the problem, please reopen the bug with:
- full output from "make buildworld"
- output from /usr/bin/cc --version
- some description of how you installed the currently running system, e.g., was
it from source, freebsd-update, etc.?
