just passing by this PR... i feel like we don't want a single manpage that
tries to document all rc.d services since this doesn't make sense with pkgbase:
it will try to document things which aren't installed.

also, documenting specific options seems to duplicate what's already in
rc.conf(5) (which also suffers from the same problem).
