I enabled hw.acpi.verbose and noticed these messages when system goes to S3

pci0: failed to set ACPI power state D3 on \134_SB_.PC00.GFX0: AE_BAD_PARAMETER
acpi0: cleared fixed power button status

After that I stopped seeing lid events such

acpi_lid0: Lid closed
acpi_lid0: Lid opened
