It's a firmware bug. These would happen before, but we used to silently ignore
them. They can be safely ignored. You can disable them by setting
hw.efi.print_faults to 0.

I've actually been meaning to collect more reports about these, could you
attach the output of sysctl machdep.efi_map please?
