            Bug ID: 287445
           Summary: QLogic/Marvell/Dell 41164 ping loss
           Product: Base System
           Version: 15.0-CURRENT
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: misc
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: adamesslinger@gmail.com

I have what I believe is a bug in FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT with the QL41164 NIC
(qlnxe driver). QLogic/Marvell/Dell 41164 (Quad port 10G card). When setting
an interface to DHCP and I run mtr to my router I'm seeing 10% packet loss.
When I start a ping it will start out with timeouts, then show like 5 seconds,
then go to normal ping times, then randomly show drops. When I take that same
interface and give it a static IP I get no packet loss with mrt or standard
ping utility. This is the installer that I used:
