[Bug 288437] hw.vmm.create, hw.vmm.destroy sysctls have no description and surprising default text "beavis"

Can we just drop the legacy sysctl interface (either for 15 or 16)? I think we
can expect system management utilities (like pf, ps, top, bhyve*) to be in sync
with the kernel.

I opened https://reviews.freebsd.org/D51533 to add descriptions and remove the
default text.  /dev/vmmctl should also be documented, yeah.
