There aren't many sysctls like that.  I only see two:
net.inet.tcp.states
kern.crypto.stats

In addition, tcp_bbr.ko and tcp_rack.ko have some sysctls that not even
/sbin/sysctl knows how to display.

So I don't think it would be very disruptive to change them.
