In terms of 'collect TCP connection metrics and graph them', I'd be fine either
way.

However, I'm not sure if splitting sysctl would be a best idea--if such
decision will be made, it would mean all similar sysctls need to be also split
for consistency; so basically a rule 'sysctl can contain single value only if
it's numeric' will be introduced.

Please note that above is based on my personal opinion, I'm not a kernel
development SME and not aware of sysctl naming/processing conventions.
