The source branch further deprecates the obsolete brk and sbrk interfaces by
removing the default symbols making it impossible to link to them with pure
C/C++ code.

The ports branch adds a libsbrk which allows programs using sbrk to link to the
libc implementation through some assembly tricks and a wrapper function.  It
also adds infrastructure to use libsbrk automatically based on USES=sbrk:lib
and fixes ports I was able to test to use this functionality.
