This isn't a secteam bug. The bug you note in vchiq seems real, though the
return value should probably be VCHIQ_ERROR instead.
Note that in FreeBSD, malloc(M_WAITOK) does not fail, so scripts have to be
careful to avoid false positives. In the past we've gotten incorrect bug
reports along these lines.
