vmcore.4.zst is a new D wait crash dump, the 2nd D wait hang in four days.

I consolidated the previous urls and all the dumps (and kernel files) are now
here:

    https://ee.lbl.gov/.bsd-AzEfh3/

(The old urls still work.)

My current plan is to remove these on Feb 1.
