I checked the manpage and the code. The word "trim" appears several times in
both. I agree with the the OP that trim seems off since since this is about
rotation and not trimming (cutting off) the files to a specific size. Question
now is: Should be just modify manpage and comments in C file or code itself
since none of the code seems to be "public".
