OpenBSD dmesg.boot after VMD Controller disabled

This is a copy of dmesg.boot from OpenBSD after disabling
Intel VMD Controller. both nvme ssd's were exposed and
OpenBSD reads and writes to them. WiFi available as well
as Graphics.
